With adequate infrastructure & resources
at its disposals, the Mahatma Gandhi Charitable
Medical Trust ventured to start a Dental College
& Research Center in the memory of Hon.
Tatyasaheb Alias Vishwanath Kore.
The college campus is being developed magnificently.
The Tatyasaheb Kore Dental College and Research
Center is a registered Society. The Dental College
is an educational Institution established and
run by the Mahatma Gandhi charitable Medical
Trust, Warananagar. Its primary aim is to educate
and train men and women as health professionals,
in the spirit Late Shri. Hon. Tatyasaheb Kore.
Through offering educational opportunities to
individuals, the College and the Trust seeks
to make a significant contribution to the health
standards of all communities of the nation with
special emphasis on health care in the rural
areas like Warana.

After obtaining due
permission from the Government of Maharashtra
and Central Government of India through the
Dental Council of India, the college is started.
The college is affiliated to Maharashtra University
of Health Sciences, Nashik. As per the permission
60 students will be admitted to the Dental
Course in every academic year. The B.D.S.
Course has a 5 year duration including one
compulsory internship.

college & hospital complex is situated just in
the suburbs of Warana on the Wathar - Kodoli road.
It is provided with spacious buildings to accommodate
Reception., Administrative Office, Classrooms, Staff
Rooms, Laboratories, Library, Auditoriums, Conference
Halls, Hospital, Canteen, Hostels and Recreation centers
for staff and students.
The College has highly
qualified and competent dental and medical staff.
All the departments are headed by distinguished senior
professors with many years of teaching and research
experience.
The Dental College & Hospital, with a bed strength
of 100, offers efficient, state-of-the-art medical
and dental services to people in and around Warananagar
and areas. The pre-clinical section of the College
complex is completely equipped with 200 modern dental
chairs, the latest sophisticated instruments for diagnostic
precision and for provision of the best dental aid
to all patients. Reputed doctors, Dental Surgeons
and specialists make periodical visits to the College
and Hospital to render consultancy and treatment
The Hospital has a
team of dedicated dentists to cater the needs of hundreds
of patients visiting everyday. In addition to its
own Hospital, the college is associated with the 200
bedded hospital enabling the students to have an in-depth
exposure to patients and practical dentistry.
