	I remember the very first day in this college. I thought, everyone will be friendly with me ad will soon accept me as their batch-mate. But they had some different plans. Some days after my admission were not so good, but when everything cooled down, I started getting friends. Friends, which are helping, jolly, enthusiastic and off course friendly. The teaching staff is excellent. Unlike other professional colleges, they try to give us every knowledge, they have. They make us to study. They tell us what's a doctor and how to develop ourselves according to the fields we have chosen. Management is caring. They care about every view of a student's life. They understand our problems and they try to give us a proper direction to us. This is really a rare thing. They provide us all the facilities which are necessary to develop our personality as a doctor right from the food up to sports and healthcare. As a student of this college, I feel proud on myself. I hope the quality will still increase and remain on the top.

	As I took admission in Tatyasaheb Jore Dental College ad Research Centre, I was worried about my future because I did not know who is going to teach us? how I will be able to study. I felt very good when as faculty members were co-operative in studies and other difficulties which I faced while understanding the subject at that time. They helped me in each and every matter for which I approached them. All my fellow students were also helpful. We live like a family so any difficulty which occurs during the studies and day-to-day life is being solved together. Our chairman sir, vice-chairman sir, principal sir and other faculty members make us feel like home. We can contact them anytime we want and they listen to our problems very carefully and rectify them as soon as possible. As far as mental and physical health is concerned, the college has all the sports facilities. Other activities like N.S.S. are being conducted regularly. At last I can say that my experience in this college is great and I am assured that when I pass out the exam, I will be having complete command over my profession.

	Before getting admission in this college, I was doing a course in Homeopathy in Pune for 6 months. After coming here, I was somewhat afraid that how will be the college?, staff?, departments?, professors? etc. In few days, I found all things very nice. Professors are helping. They are always ready to solve problems. Here I found more importance is given to teamwork as "Teamwork is fuel that allows common people to achieve uncommon results. "Here all the professors believe in "To be a winner…….all you need to do is to give all you have" Our problems about the hostel, food etc are always solved by the committee. Our professors appoint committees. Management is always ready to help the students. Management makes the students to take part in various activities. College tried to provide us a lot of facilities even though it's new.

	Leaving a Homeopathy course, I joined this college for Dental Course. I joined the tam in the middle, but the helping and encouraging nature of the staff and teachers always made me realize that I am not a new to this place. In this college, I realized that the teachers & management can be so close to students the first time in my life. Such close relations helped me to make up logging studies. The management and teachers solved our problems and looked as like our elders. The first year in this professional college, it was a time to leave my family, to make some adjustments, to leave the old friends, to stay away from home, to make new friends and family with a new home for me. However, all these things are done now and finally I have a new family with a home where my teachers are my friends and management are my elders. Here I realized that studying is just not completing the course but gaining knowledge and experience and implementing it in right directions. I, myself was never interested in doing B.D.S. I took admission only because I could not get it for M.B.B.S. course. But, today I am really interested in B.D.S. Here I learned how to take responsibilities and also realized that we should not take studies very seriously, but to enjoy it seriously. That's all.

	I still remember the very first day in this college where everything was new and different. Seeing new faces of my classmates, the area around, made me so nervous. I never wanted to choose dental as my career as I wanted to become a cardiologist or Gynec. Leaving my family after staying with them for 18 years was very difficult. My parents were not happy with my decision to stay away from them It is said that "opportunity never strikes the door but once". As I always wanted to be a doctor I had no choice also could not take the risk of giving once chance that was before me. And I got admission to this college. I cried for many days as I missed my parents, friends. I was frustrated. Days passed and now I am very much involved in various activities. No I am experiencing a new life of being in a hostel. As this college is new and we are first batch, we are cared a lot by the management. We are provided with all facilities. Using all new instruments and materials in fun. We have great teaching staff. They never make us feel different but care and teach till every one gets it. We have respect and good feelings for them. When I discuss with the other friends I feel that my teachers are excellent. Now this small world in my life has become a precious moment, and I want to enjoy it fully. Today, looking at the past I feel that I made a correct decision of taking admission to this college. This college has made me realize that how my future is bright by choosing dental as my career. I am satisfied with this college. I will never forget this college in my entire life.

	Despite of my disappointment about not getting into M.B.B.S., I felt quite happy and satisfied when I got admitted into Tatyasaheb Kore Dental College and Research Centre for B.D.S. course. Though this college is new, its departments are well equipped with modern instruments. We have excellent faculties. The teachers are very much dedicated and teach until every basic concept is cleared. Our Anatomy Department has a sufficient supply of cadavers unlike other colleges thereby providing us more scope in dissection. Most of the professors of Dental materials are visitors and come from honored colleges. I personally do feel that teaching here in this college is far better than those in others and known colleges. Its only drawback is that the college is pretty much cut off from the town area. Thus the time after college is a bit boring. But things have developed ever since my first day here. I believe that this place will definitely become much more lively in coming years. We even have several programs held by college and management in intervals for entertainment and fun. The hostel is very clean, safe, specious and have all the facilities. This has made our stay away from home much more comfortable and enjoyable. As almost all my friends, classmates are living away from their homes, we understand each others and are always there to help and care. The management and staff are also caring whenever there are any healthcare problems. As compared to Mumbai where I am from, this place is very much definitely elite and ahead. The climate and environment here are excellent. Its been a good experience and I hope it will be better and better day by day.
